What do you expect?

This question you should ask yourself, because what you expect and what you make of this is up to you.

Let´s start with the facts: You are located in a village with a population of about 200 people, 90 metres above the ocean and 15 km away from Negril. The first view in the morning will take your breath away. The sun rises on the left hand side at around 6 AM over the back of a mountain and goes down on the right hand side into the ocean at around 7 PM. You look over grassland directly towards the ocean. There are 4 apartments on the property of about 7.000 qm. Three stone apartments have their own roof-terrace. The six-sided wood apartment has its own charm. The rooms are 16 to 30qm in size and offer place for two to three people.

Each room is equipped with a 110-V (Jamaican) and a 230-V (German) electricity supply. Three refrigerators are available for use. Two apartments have their own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The other two rooms have a shared bathroom as a separate room. A huge water tank on the roof supplies each bathroom with water. In the case of an empty water tank, water can be pumped from a huge central tank into the bathroom tanks. How much water is used, is, of course, up to you. In the worst case, the water truck can be ordered quickly – no problem at all.

On the outskirts of the property you will find a broad canopied terrace, a bar, a kitchen and two barbeque areas. In addition, you will find a garage (storage room), the remains of a pirate ship (a future restaurant) and two small waterfalls with basins. Do you want to activate them?
